STEP 5: Making The Offer
Crafting the Perfect Offer

An offer, once accepted by the seller, forms a legally binding agreement for the purchase of your new home. If the seller counters, you’ll have the option to accept, reject, or negotiate further.
Negotiations: Where Strategy Meets Expertise

Contracts: We Handle the Details

At this stage, final inspections take place, conditions are met by their deadlines, and necessary paperwork is signed. This is the final checkpoint before we move forward.
Firming Up: Making It Official
I’ll submit your Notice of Fulfillment or Waiver of Conditions as required. Once the seller agrees, the deal is firm—you’re one step closer to homeownership!
Closing: Sign, Seal, and Move In
A few days before closing, your real estate lawyer will guide you through the final paperwork, including purchase and mortgage documents. At this time, you’ll provide any remaining deposit or down payment needed to complete the purchase.
On closing day:
✔ Your lawyer finalizes the legal transfer of ownership.
✔ Funds are exchanged between lawyers.
✔ Your title is registered with Land Titles.
✔ Once everything is complete, you get the keys to your new home!
